​Because each item is custom-made for you, we only accept returns for damaged goods or manufacturing errors. If your gear arrives with a defect:

​Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

​Provide a photo of the issue.

​We’ll get a replacement sent out—no questions asked.

​You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you send it to the wrong crevice, that’s on you! Double-check your info before hitting "order."
