Masters of the Crevice: Terms of Quality
1. Shipping & Delivery
We use Printful for our fulfillment to ensure professional standards. Once an order is shipped, tracking is provided. Masters of the Crevice is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services, but we will always do our best to help you track down a package.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made for you, we only accept returns for damaged goods or manufacturing errors. If your gear arrives with a defect:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Provide a photo of the issue.
We’ll get a replacement sent out—no questions asked.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you send it to the wrong crevice, that’s on you! Double-check your info before hitting "order."
4. Intellectual Property
The Masters of the Crevice name, logo, and designs are our exclusive property. Wear it, use it, and share it—but don't copy it.
